No! Absolutely not. Our team helps organize all your product details, photos, box sizes, and weights, and uploads them into our AI-enabled inventory management system. We also build a fully functioning e-commerce site for your farm, complete with SEO-optimized product descriptions and intuitive design. Once your product details are onboarded, you and your team can easily manage pricing, availability, and share your catalog with a simple link. No more long emails or WhatsApp threads!
Once we have your product details, setup usually takes 2–3 business days.
Not at all. StemTrackr™ is web-based and designed for ease of use — even for non-technical users.
Yes. StemTrackr™ allows you to add multiple users with role-based permissions (for example: Admin, Sales, or Inventory roles). The number of users you can add depends on your subscription level, so smaller farms and larger operations can choose the plan that fits their team size.
Yes. The platform is fully mobile-responsive, allowing you to update prices or availability from anywhere.

Shipping & Payments
StemTrackr™ supports two flexible shipping options, depending on your buyer's preference:
1️⃣ Standard FOB (Freight on Board)
- You prepare and package your flowers at the farm.
- You deliver boxes to your nearest international airport or cargo terminal
- The buyer arranges freight forwarding, customs, and delivery through their preferred cargo agent or logistics partner.
- StemTrackr™ automatically organizes box sizes, weights, and export details to simplify coordination with your buyer's freight forwarder.
2️⃣ BelaStem Shipping Option (UPS WorldEase)
If your buyer prefers a complete shipping solution, you can activate BelaStem's integrated UPS WorldEase system directly within StemTrackr™.
- The buyer pays for shipping using BelaStem's negotiated UPS rates. All documentation, airway bills, and customs forms are handled automatically.
- BelaStem manages door-to-door delivery from airport to buyer in the United States.
- This gives your farm a professional shipping option without needing to manage and negotiate with UPS directly.
StemTrackr™ connects directly to BelaStem's secure payment processing system, allowing you to:
- Accept electronic payments from buyers in the U.S., including credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and other supported digital payment methods.
- Receive funds directly to your account once the order is confirmed and shipped.
- Combine payment and shipping in a single seamless transaction.
For customers who prefer traditional payment methods (like wire transfers), you can still record those orders manually to keep your sales data up to date. Please note: ACH transfers are not currently supported.
Inventory & Product Management
Yes — updates appear instantly across your private catalog and the BelaStem Marketplace.
You can do it yourself from the dashboard, or send your list to our team for batch updates.
Yes. Toggle "Marketplace Visibility" to publish or hide products instantly.
Yes. You can generate unique links for each buyer with customized pricing or product access.

We adhere to strict data privacy and security standards. Your data is your property — period. BelaStem will never sell, trade, or share your product information, pricing, or customer data with any third party. Your products may appear on the BelaStem Marketplace for visibility, but all underlying data stays securely within the BelaStem ecosystem.
All data is securely hosted on encrypted servers in the United States and backed up daily.
